Our core mission

Empower leaders to see clearly, operate decisively, and build businesses that perform—for today and for what comes next.

DeRose brings perspective, operating discipline, and practical execution together to transform complexity into measurable results, stronger leadership, and lasting enterprise value.

What we solve

The business does not need more theory. It needs traction.

We work where strategy, people, and operating reality collide.

01

Strategy & Growth

Convert ambition into a focused growth agenda, clear priorities, and an operating plan leaders can execute.

02

Operational Excellence

Strengthen performance through practical metrics, disciplined routines, process clarity, and visible accountability.

03

Leadership Advisory

Help senior leaders make stronger decisions, align expectations, and lead the organization through its next stage.

04

Turnarounds & Recovery

Stabilize execution, identify root constraints, restore management control, and rebuild forward momentum.

05

M&A Integration

Protect value after the deal by connecting culture, people, systems, processes, and operating expectations.

06

People & Organization

Clarify structure, strengthen managers, build succession depth, and align talent with the strategy.

When to call

Transformation usually starts before the crisis.

The best time to reset the operating system is when the warning signs become visible—not when options run out.

01

Growth has outpaced the operating system

02

Accountability exists on paper, not in practice

03

Managers are busy but business priorities are drifting

04

An acquisition needs to become one operating company

05

Margins, service, or execution are moving the wrong way

06

The leadership team needs alignment before the next stage

The DeRose method

Diagnose clearly.
Align decisively.
Execute visibly.

01

See the whole system

Listen to leaders, examine the numbers, observe the work, and identify the few constraints that matter most.

02

Build the operating plan

Translate priorities into owners, measures, routines, and decisions the organization can actually sustain.

03

Lead through the change

Coach leaders, remove friction, and create a visible cadence that converts intention into consistent execution.

A note from the founder

“Better businesses are built when strategy, people, and daily execution move as one.”

I founded DeRose on a simple belief: leaders create meaningful change when they can see the whole business, make clear decisions, and turn those decisions into consistent action.

My career has been spent inside complex, multi-location operations—aligning teams, strengthening leaders, rebuilding performance, and helping organizations move from activity to measurable results. DeRose brings that operator’s perspective to owners and executive teams navigating growth, change, and the moments that define what comes next.

What changes

A stronger business should feel different—and perform differently.

Clarity

Leaders know what matters, who owns it, and how progress is measured.

Control

Operating rhythms expose issues early and keep execution connected to the P&L.

Capability

Managers lead with stronger expectations, coaching, and accountability.

Momentum

Teams spend less energy navigating confusion and more energy moving priorities.
